There were no casualties.The source confirmed that the bombing is believed to have been carried out by the “Abu Slim Martyrs Brigade,” an organization considered apostates by ISIS.In related news, the Libyan Army has confirmed that it has closed all roads leading into the city of Derna.In recent weeks Libya has seen a string of ISIS terror attacks, including the execution of 21 Egyptian Copts, as well as two suicide bombings in the city of Al-Qubbah.Faraj Al-Barasi, a leader of Operation Dignity, said that the fighting in the Al-Sabri and Souq al-Hout regions in Benghazi is concluding and will be decisively resolved soon.In an interview with Libya First TV, Al-Burasi said that the only thing standing between them and a decisive victory is their concern for the lives of their soldiers.Al-Barasi insisted that the Benghazi Shura Council rebels are beginning to collapse under increasing pressure, exhaustion, their inability to withstand the intensity of the ongoing battle, and the passage of time, stressing that the fighting in Benghazi will be resolved shortly.Al-Barasi also emphasized the importance of the ongoing battle at the Sidra Oil Terminal, calling it the most significant battle their forces are engaged in, and stressing the need to support the troops with weapons, gear, and ammunition. Barasi denied that there was any dispute between him and General Khalifa Haftar.
