Moving past Libya's faulty institutions

In an article published on 26 October on The Africa Report, Maruan El Krekshi criticizes the approach endorsed by the UN as they push forward new rounds of negotiations for the settlement of the Libyan crisis. For Krekshi, the current mediation fails to address the true needs of Libya, as it focuses on reviving faulty institutions and power sharing principles.
