Corruption allegations surround newly appointed Libyan PM Dabaiba

In an article published on 8 March, The Investigative Journal reports on the corruption allegations surrounding  Abdul Hameed Dabaiba, newly elected as Prime Minister of Libya’s fourth transitional phase. Drawing on the recent bribery allegations during the UN-facilitated Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF),  the article suggests Dabaiba's access to power in Libya was facilitated by illegally obtained money. As a matter of fact, the article provides access to documentation suggesting illegal transactions in the 1990’s between Dabaiba and an Italian office furniture manufacturer. Click here to read the full article.
