Has the Tripoli war reached a turning point?

For Voice of America, Heather Murdock gave an account on 1 July of the current atmosphere in Libya. Tensions have reportedly escalated between the Libyan National Army (LNA) and the forces allied with the Government of National Accord (GNA) as the GNA forces took control of the city of Gharyan, cutting the LNA’s supply lines.
