Qadhafi's Feb 2011 Phone Calls with Tony Blair Show Obvious Truths Not Revalations

In what was billed as a scandal but really just represents standard diplomatic practice, Tony Blair phoned Qadhafi in the early days of the 2011 Libyan Uprisings.  The text of their phone calls has only recently appeared in the public domain and is available at the HuffPost here.  I was asked to discuss on Radio Sputnik the supposed 'revelations' that came from these calls (i.e. that Qadhafi predicted that jihadists would eventually control Libya if he were overthrown). Of course, this was simultaneously an excuse and common knowledge. The questioner and I at Radio Sputnik dealt with the situation of the Islamic State in Libya at present and what the international community can and cannot do to tackle this crisis.
