Situation in Chad highlights once again the persisting issue of foreign armed forces in Libya

In a Q&A published on 22 April, International Crisis Group (ICG) reports on the death of Chad President Idriss Déby Itno, highlighting the potential ramifications of the proliferation of foreign armed forces in Libya for the stability of the entire region.
