In the aftermath of the international conference about Libya which took place in Italy at the beginning of the month, Dr.Mustafa Fetouri questions on Middle East Monitor whether Libya gained anything from the Palermo Conference. According to Fetouri, the international gathering failed to deliver any brealthrough in terms of practical steps to tackle the conflict in Libya and also highlighted tensions and divisions between international actors.
