The UN-led peace talks : an air of déjà vu?

Writing for War On The Rocks on 7 December, Amanda Kadlec, who served on the United Nations Security Council Panel of Experts for Libya 2019-2020, argues that the current negotiations pushed by the UN between the rival Libyan actors are unlikely to secure long term stability for Libya.
