On 5 December, the humanitarian website ReliefWeb and the Dutch NGO Cordaid published a report dedicated to risk management in Libya, following a people-centered approach. Entitled ‘Libyans at risk: Measuring the daily safety for effective peacebuilding in Libya’, the research exhibits testimonies from Libyan civilians on insecurity, displacement, service and infrastructure deterioration, violence and unemployment from 124 stories collected between October 2017 and May 2018. From such a unique approach, the report formulates recommendations for policy makers on how to address peace and state building in the Libyan context.Click here to read the report.
